The forestry cost-share\n\nprogram shall provide monies to private landowners for the purpose\n\nof implementing forest conservation or management practices on the\n\nland as described in forest management plans approved by the\n\nCommissioner of the State Department of Agriculture or meeting\n\ncertain standards established by the Commissioner.
