There is created within the State Treasury a cost-share fund\n\nfor the State Board of Agriculture to be designated the \"Forestry\n\nCost-Share Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Board to implement and maintain the forestry cost-share\n\nprogram.\n\nB. The Forestry Cost-Share Fund shall consist of:\n\n1. Money received by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry in the form of gifts, grants, reimbursements,\n\ndonations, forest industry contributions, funds allocated by federal\n\nagencies for landowner forestry cost-share programs, and other\n\nmonies specifically designated for the forestry cost-share program.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are appropriated and\n\nmay be budgeted and expended by the Board for the forestry cost-\n\nshare program; and\n\n2. Interest attributable to investment of money in the Forestry\n\nCost-Share Fund.\n\nC. All donations or other proceeds received by the Department\n\npursuant to the provisions of this section shall be deposited with\n\nthe State Treasurer to be credited to the Forestry Cost-Share Fund.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nD. The monies deposited in the Forestry Cost-Share Fund shall\n\nat no time become part of the general budget of the Department or\n\nany other state agency.
