The State Department of Agriculture may require eligible\n\napplicants to submit information, forms, and reports necessary to\n\nproperly and efficiently administer the forestry cost-share program.\n\nB. Persons may apply to the Commissioner of the State\n\nDepartment of Agriculture for cost-share funds to improve forest\n\nlands in the State of Oklahoma, in accordance with rules promulgated\n\nby the State Board of Agriculture. To be eligible, landowners shall\n\nfollow a written forest management plan that has been prepared by a\n\nprofessional forester and approved by the Commissioner or that meets\n\nstandards established by the Commissioner. Applications for funds\n\nshall be approved or denied by the Department in accordance with\n\ncriteria promulgated by the Board.\n\nC.
