It shall be lawful for an owner of croplands, rangelands,\n\ngrasslands, forestlands, or other wild lands to set the croplands,\n\nrangelands, grasslands, forestlands, or other wild lands on fire for\n\nthe purposes of:\n\n1. Managing and manipulating plant species present whether\n\ngrass, weeds, brush, or trees; and\n\n2. Destroying detrimental or unwanted plants, plant parts,\n\nshrubs or trees on the croplands, rangelands, grasslands,\n\nforestlands, or other wild lands; and\n\n3. Cedar tree eradication.\n\nB.
