Stat. tit. 2, § 2-16-37","heading":"Governor as Compact Administrator - Delegation of duties","body":"The Governor is designated as the official Compact Administrator\n\nof the State of Oklahoma under the South Central Interstate Forest\n\nFire Protection Compact and shall exercise and perform for the State\n\nof Oklahoma all the powers and duties imposed by the compact upon\n\nthe Compact Administrator. The Governor shall have authority to\n\ndelegate the exercise of the powers and duties to the Director of\n\nForestry, Division of Forestry, State Board of Agriculture. The\n\nDirector of Forestry shall be Assistant Compact Administrator and\n\nshall act as the official representative of the State of Oklahoma\n\nand the Compact Administrator pursuant to the delegation to the\n\nAssistant Compact Administrator of the powers and duties.
