Stat. tit. 2, § 2-16-57","heading":"Advice by director of forestry - Forest management for","body":"all state agencies.\n\nThe Director shall have authority to advise the several\n\nagencies, departments, institutions, bureaus, offices, and all other\n\nadministrative units of the State of Oklahoma, having state-owned\n\nlands under their control, concerning forestry management practices\n\nand programs that shall most effectively carry out the purposes of\n\nthe Oklahoma Forestry Code.
