Stat. tit. 2, § 2-16-58","heading":"State land management guidelines","body":"To effectuate the purposes of the Oklahoma Forestry Code, the\n\nDirector of Forestry, or persons designated by the Director, shall\n\nhave authority, and it shall be the Director’s duty, to prescribe\n\nrules necessary to insure the conservation and protection of\n\nsuitable trees on lands owned by the State of Oklahoma. The rules\n\nshall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:\n\n1. Require that a good growing stock of suitable trees shall be\n\nestablished and maintained on the land at all times to bring the\n\nland to full productivity;\n\n2. Provide that suitable trees be managed for the most\n\nprofitable products or other benefits; and\n\n3.
