Stat. tit. 2, § 2-16-66","heading":"Use of false identification or declaration of ownership -","body":"Criminal penalties.\n\nAny person selling timber who uses false or altered\n\nidentification or a false declaration of ownership, pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 16-65 of this title, upon conviction, shall be\n\nguilty of:\n\n1. A Class D3 felony offense if the timber to be sold by use of\n\na false or altered identification or false declaration of ownership\n\nis valued at more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Upon\n\nconviction, a person shall be subject to the imposition of a fine of\n\nnot more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment\n\nas provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both; or\n\n2. A misdemeanor if the timber to be sold by use of a false or\n\naltered identification or false declaration of ownership is valued\n\nat Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) or less.
