Stat. tit. 2, § 2-16-70","heading":"Management to be for public interest","body":"All state forests, all programs in management, nursery\n\nproduction, reforestation, urban forestry, educational activities,\n\nand other forestry endeavors of the Forestry Division shall be\n\nmanaged and administered by the State Board of Agriculture in the\n\ninterest of the public.
