Stat. tit. 2, § 2-16-82","heading":"Transfer of payments to Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and","body":"Retirement System.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System\n\nshall determine the number of persons who are eligible members of\n\nthe Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of subsection D of Section 351 of Title 19 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. For each person who has become a member as described by\n\nsubsection A of this section, the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and\n\nRetirement System shall provide invoice documentation to the State\n\nDepartment of Agriculture. Upon adequate documentation of\n\nmembership in the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement\n\nSystem pursuant to the provisions of subsection D of Section 351 of\n\nTitle 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the State Department of\n\nAgriculture shall make a transfer payment from the Volunteer\n\nFirefighter Employer Contribution Payment Revolving Fund to the\n\nOklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System by May 31, 1999,\n\nand May 31 of every year thereafter.
