One or more regular meetings shall be held annually in\n\nsuch places as the bylaws may stipulate.\n\n2. The board of directors may call a special meeting at any\n\ntime.\n\n3. If ten percent (10%) of the members file a petition stating\n\nthe specific business to be brought before the association and\n\ndemand a special meeting at any time, a meeting must be called by\n\nthe directors.\n\nB. Notice of all meetings, together with a statement of the\n\npurposes, shall be mailed to each member at least ten (10) days\n\nprior to the meeting.
