The officers of each association established pursuant to the\n\nCooperative Marketing Association Act shall be a president, one or\n\nmore vice-presidents, a secretary and a treasurer and other officers\n\nas may be authorized in the bylaws.\n\nB. The president and at least one of the vice-presidents must\n\nbe directors of the association, unless the bylaws of the\n\nassociation provide to the contrary.\n\nC. The office of secretary and treasurer may be combined.\n\nD.
