By complying with the provisions of this section, any\n\nassociation, organized pursuant to any previously existing statutes,\n\nmay elect, by vote of its members as provided in its Articles of\n\nIncorporation and bylaws for the amendment of its Articles of\n\nIncorporation and bylaws, to be brought under the provisions of the\n\nCooperative Marketing Association Act.\n\nB. A statement, signed and sworn to by its directors to the\n\neffect that the corporation or association has elected to adopt the\n\nbenefits and be bound by the provisions of the Cooperative Marketing\n\nAssociation Act and has duly authorized all changes accordingly,\n\nshall be filed as required for the filing of an amendment to the\n\nArticles of Incorporation.\n\nC.
