Except as otherwise provided by this section, any person or\n\ncorporation:\n\n1. Whose officers or employees knowingly induce, or attempt to\n\ninduce any member or stockholder of an association organized\n\npursuant to the Cooperative Marketing Association Act or organized\n\npursuant to similar statutes of other states and operating in this\n\nstate under due authority, to breach its marketing contract with the\n\nassociation; or\n\n2. Who maliciously and knowingly spread false reports about the\n\nfinances, management, or activity of an association, organized\n\npursuant to the Cooperative Marketing Association Act,\n\nshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof\n\nshall be subject to a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars\n\n($100.00) and not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for\n\neach such offense.\n\nB.
