Any person who knowingly solicits or persuades any member of\n\nany association organized or operating in this state under due\n\nauthority to breach the marketing contract of such member with the\n\nassociation by accepting or receiving the member's products for sale\n\nor for auction or for display for sale, or for processing or\n\nhandling, contrary to the terms of any agreement of which the person\n\nor any active officer or manager of the corporation had knowledge or\n\nnotice, shall be liable, to the association aggrieved in a civil\n\naction for any actual damages sustained by reason thereof.\n\nB.
