Stat. tit. 2, § 2-17-24","heading":"Application of general business corporation laws","body":"The provisions of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act and all\n\npowers and rights pursuant to the general business corporation laws\n\nshall apply to the associations organized pursuant to the provisions\n\nof the Cooperative Marketing Association Act, except where such\n\nprovisions are inconsistent with the express provisions of the\n\nCooperative Marketing Association Act.
