As used in the Cooperative Marketing Association Act:\n\n1. “Agricultural products\" includes horticultural,\n\nviticultural, nut, dairy, livestock, poultry, bee, and any other\n\nfarm products;\n\n2. “Member\" means, in addition to those admitted to membership\n\nin an association without capital stock, holders of common stock in\n\nassociations organized with capital stock;\n\n3. “Association\" means any corporation organized pursuant to\n\nthe Cooperative Marketing Association Act or any similar corporation\n\norganized under any general or special act of this or any other\n\nstate as a cooperative association, for the mutual benefit of its\n\nmembers, as agricultural producers, in which the return on the stock\n\nor membership capital is limited to an amount not to exceed eight\n\npercent (8%) per annum, and which during any fiscal year does not\n\ndeal with nonmembers' products to an amount greater in value than\n\nmembers' products; and\n\n4. “Person\" includes individuals, partnerships, firms,\n\ncorporations, associations, trusts, estates, limited liability\n\ncompanies and any other legal entities recognized to do business in\n\nOklahoma.\n\nB.
