Stat. tit. 2, § 2-17-5","heading":"Purposes and objects for which associations may be","body":"organized.\n\nAn association may be organized pursuant to the Cooperative\n\nMarketing Association Act to engage in any activity in connection\n\nwith:\n\n1. The marketing or selling of agricultural products;\n\n2. The harvesting, preserving, drying, processing, blending,\n\ncanning, packing, grading, storing, warehousing, handling, shipping,\n\nor utilizing of agricultural products;\n\n3. The manufacturing, marketing, selling or supplying of the\n\nbyproducts thereof;\n\n4. The manufacturing, selling, or supplying of machinery,\n\nequipment, feed, fertilizer, seeds, or buying and selling oil,\n\ngasoline, or other supplies;\n\n5. The financing of any of the enumerated activities specified\n\nby this section;\n\n6. The performing or furnishing business or educational\n\nservices on a cooperative basis for those engaged in agriculture as\n\nbona fide producers of agricultural products; or\n\n7.
