The Articles of Incorporation may be amended at any regular\n\nmeeting or any special meeting called for that purpose. An\n\namendment must first be approved by two-thirds (2/3) of the\n\ndirectors, and then adopted by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of all\n\nmembers present at the meeting.\n\nB.
