Stat. tit. 2, § 2-18-182","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Act, unless the\n\ncontext otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Commission\" shall mean the Sheep and Wool Utilization,\n\nResearch and Market Development Commission;\n\n2. \"Dealer\" shall mean any person who buys or accepts sheep or\n\nwool from a sheep producer for shipment or for delivery to or in\n\nbehalf of any person within or without the state.
