Stat. tit. 2, § 2-18-183","heading":"Membership of Commission","body":"The Sheep and Wool Utilization, Research and Market Development\n\nCommission shall consist of seven (7) elected members who are at\n\nleast twenty-five (25) years of age and residents of Oklahoma, and\n\nhave been actually engaged in producing sheep or wool in this state\n\nfor a period of at least three (3) years. The Commission shall be\n\ncomposed as follows:\n\n1. One member of the Commission shall be a resident of this\n\nstate and elected at large;\n\n2. Two members of the Commission shall be residents of this\n\nstate and producers of the major purebred breeds of sheep in this\n\nstate and shall be elected at large; and\n\n3. The remaining four elected members of the Commission shall\n\nbe residents of those areas of the state designated as Districts I-\n\nIV, one member from each district:\n\na. District I (Northwest), consisting of Alfalfa, Beaver,\n\nBlaine, Cimarron, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Kay,\n\nKingfisher, Logan, Major, Noble, Payne, Roger Mills,\n\nTexas, Woods, and Woodward Counties,\n\nb. District II (Southwest), consisting of Beckham, Caddo,\n\nCanadian, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Custer, Dewey,\n\nEllis, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson,\n\nKiowa, Oklahoma, Stephens, Tillman, and Washita\n\nCounties,\n\nc. District III (Southeast), consisting of Atoka, Bryan,\n\nCarter, Choctaw, Coal, Garvin, Haskell, Hughes,\n\nJohnston, Latimer, LeFlore, Love, McClain, McCurtain,\n\nMcIntosh, Marshall, Murray, Pittsburg, Pontotoc,\n\nPottawatomie, Pushmataha, and Seminole Counties, and\n\nd.
