The chair of the Sheep and Wool Utilization, Research and\n\nMarket Development Commission shall make an annual report to the\n\nGovernor, within thirty (30) days after January 1 of each year,\n\nshowing in detail all income and expenditures and any other facts\n\nrelevant to the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Act. The annual\n\nreport shall include a list of all officers and employees of the\n\nCommission and shall indicate the official positions of such\n\nofficers and employees and their salaries. The report shall be\n\navailable to the public.\n\nB. All records of the Commission shall be kept at least three\n\n(3) years.\n\nC.
