Any sheep or wool producer who is assessed the fee or fees\n\nauthorized by the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Act and objects\n\nto the collection of such fee may, within sixty (60) days following\n\nsuch collection, make application to the Sheep and Wool Utilization,\n\nResearch and Market Development Commission for a refund of such fee\n\nor fees. Upon receipt of such application by the Commission such\n\nrefund shall be made within one hundred twenty (120) days.\n\nApplication forms for refund purposes shall be furnished by the\n\nCommission and shall be made available at all places where the fees\n\nprovided in the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Act are required\n\nto be collected.\n\nB.
