Stat. tit. 2, § 2-18-194","heading":"Proposed budget of Sheep and Wool Utilization, Research","body":"and Market Development Commission – Review – Itemization of income\n\nand expenditures.\n\nA. The Sheep and Wool Utilization, Research and Market\n\nDevelopment Commission shall file with the Director of the Market\n\nDevelopment Division of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry a proposed budget and may expend funds only after\n\nthe division director has approved the budget.\n\nB. If after thorough review the division director disapproves\n\nthe proposed budget, the proposed budget shall be returned to the\n\nCommission not later than forty-five (45) days after the date on\n\nwhich the proposed budget is submitted with a statement of reasons\n\nfor disapproval.\n\nC. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each fiscal\n\nyear of the Commission, the Commission shall submit to the Director\n\nof the Market Development Division of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry a report itemizing all income and\n\nexpenditures and describing all activities of the Commission during\n\nthe previous fiscal year.\n\nD. No general revenue funds shall be appropriated to carry out\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Act. Funds\n\ncollected by the Commission shall not be subject to state budget and\n\nexpenditure limitations.
