The chair of the Oklahoma Oilseed Commission shall make an\n\nannual report to the Secretary of Agriculture, within forty-five\n\n(45) days after June 30 of each year, showing in detail all income\n\nand expenditures and any other facts relevant to the Oklahoma\n\nOilseed Resources Act. The annual report shall include a list of\n\nall officers and any employees of the Commission and shall indicate\n\nthe official positions of officers and any employees and salaries\n\npaid.\n\nB. The report shall be available to the public. A copy shall\n\nbe sent upon request to any producer upon whom the assessment is\n\nassessed.\n\nC.
