Any oilseed producer subject to the assessment provided in\n\nthe Oklahoma Oilseed Resources Act may request a refund of the fees\n\nso assessed, within sixty (60) days following the collection of the\n\nfee. Any oilseed producer requesting a refund shall make\n\napplication to the Oklahoma Oilseed Commission for the refund of the\n\nassessment. Along with the application, the oilseed producer shall\n\nsubmit the evidence of payment of the fee and of the amount of\n\noilseed sold required by the Commission. The Commission may verify\n\nthe accuracy of the request for the refund.\n\nB.
