In the case of a pledge or mortgage of wheat as security for\n\na loan under the federal price support program, the promotional fee\n\nlevied pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Wheat Resources\n\nAct shall be deducted from the proceeds of such loans at the time\n\nthe loans are made, or shall be deducted thereafter by agencies of\n\nthe federal government. Any producer’s note and loan agreement or\n\nproducer’s note and supplemental loan agreement or delivery\n\ninstructions issued by the federal agency to the producer are hereby\n\napproved as fulfilling the requirements for invoices, and such forms\n\nshall be deemed to constitute proof of payment of the promotional\n\nfee on the wheat listed thereon.\n\nB. Supplemental or alternate forms which may be proposed by the\n\nCommodity Credit Corporation and contained the necessary information\n\nmay be used without revision of the Oklahoma Wheat Resources Act.\n\nC. The Commodity Credit Corporation's use of identification\n\nnumbers in lieu of the name of the producer from whom the fee was\n\ncollected is hereby approved, provided that authorized officials of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma will have access at all reasonable times to\n\nrecords in the county agricultural stabilization and conservation\n\noffices showing the names of producers to whom such identification\n\nnumbers have been assigned.\n\nD. If pledged or mortgaged wheat, described in subsection A of\n\nthis section, remains in farm storage for the duration of the pledge\n\nor mortgage, the promotional fee so paid at the time the loan was\n\nmade shall be deemed a complete satisfaction of the fee liability\n\nunless upon subsequent actual delivery of the wheat from farm\n\nstorage in satisfaction of the pledge, or mortgage in the amount of\n\nOne Dollar ($1.00) or more, such underpayment being due solely for\n\nthe necessity of estimating the quantity of wheat so placed in farm\n\nstorage.\n\nE. In connection with the collection of the wheat promotional\n\nfee on Commodity Credit Corporation wheat loans disbursed and\n\npurchase agreement settlement made, undercollections or\n\novercollections of the wheat promotional fee amounting to One Dollar\n\n($1.00) or less as a result of errors, will not require collection\n\nof the underpayment or refund of the overpayment by Commodity Credit\n\nCorporation and their responsibility in such cases shall be waived.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8847c149410ace7718c594f0e20772d452aabf37dca0d02e0e18793210983d0e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-18-31","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-18-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
