Any wheat producer subject to the assessment provided in the\n\nOklahoma Wheat Resources Act may request a refund of the fees so\n\nassessed within sixty (60) days following the collection of the fee.\n\nAny wheat producer requesting a refund shall make application to the\n\nOklahoma Wheat Commission for the refund of the assessment. Along\n\nwith the application, the wheat producer shall submit the evidence\n\nof payment of the fee and of the amount of wheat sold required by\n\nthe Commission. The Commission may verify the accuracy of the\n\nrequest for the refund.\n\nB.
