Stat. tit. 2, § 2-18-407","heading":"Eastern Redcedar Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Eastern Redcedar Management Act to be designated the\n\n\"Eastern Redcedar Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food,\n\nand Forestry from the state income tax checkoff as provided for in\n\nSection 18-408 of this title, the special license plate issued\n\npursuant to Section 1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, any\n\nstate-appropriated funds, federal funds, donations, grants,\n\ncontributions, and gifts from any public or private source. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Department for the purposes\n\nset forth in the Eastern Redcedar Management Act.
