Stat. tit. 2, § 2-18-42","heading":"Oklahoma Beef Council Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Beef Council to be designated the \"Oklahoma Beef\n\nCouncil Revolving Fund\". The Fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the Oklahoma Beef Council from assessments received and\n\ncollected pursuant to the Oklahoma Beef Improvement and Market\n\nDevelopment Act, donations, grants, contributions and gifts from any\n\npublic or private source. The Council may expend funds as provided\n\nfor by law.
