The assessment imposed shall, before the twentieth day of\n\nthe calendar month following the date of settlement, be paid by the\n\npurchaser to the executive director of the Oklahoma Peanut\n\nCommission. The executive director shall give the purchaser a\n\nreceipt.\n\nB.
