Stat. tit. 2, § 2-19-2","heading":"Airport - Import and export of livestock","body":"It is the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature that an airport in\n\nthe State of Oklahoma apply and receive approval from the United\n\nStates Department of Agriculture and the United States Customs and\n\nBorder Patrol to provide international and domestic livestock and\n\nlivestock products import and export functions. The cities of\n\nOklahoma City and Tulsa and their respective airports, the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the United States\n\nDepartment of Agriculture and the United States Customs and Border\n\nPatrol shall cooperate to achieve this intent.
