The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nis authorized to create and maintain the Livestock Offender\n\nRegistry. Access to the registry shall be provided to the public on\n\nthe Department's website.\n\nB. The Livestock Offender Registry shall contain all persons\n\nconvicted of violating Section 1716 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nC. The Department may promulgate rules to implement the\n\nprovisions of this section.\n\nD.
