Stat. tit. 2, § 2-2-18.1","heading":"Pollution of air, land, or waters - Order to cease -","body":"Administrative penalty.\n\nA. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the Oklahoma\n\nAgricultural Code for any person to cause pollution of any air, land\n\nor waters of the state by persons which are subject to the\n\njurisdiction of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry pursuant to the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Act.\n\nB. If the State Board of Agriculture finds that any of the air,\n\nland, or waters of the state which are subject to the jurisdiction\n\nof the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Act have been or are\n\nbeing polluted, the Board shall make an order requiring that the\n\npollution cease within a time period determined by the Department,\n\nor require a manner of treatment or of disposition of the waste or\n\nother polluting material as may in the judgment of the Board be\n\nnecessary to prevent further pollution. In addition, the Board may\n\nassess an administrative penalty pursuant to Section 2-18 of this\n\ntitle. The person to whom the order is directed shall fully comply\n\nwith the order of the Board and pay any fine and costs assessed.\n\nC. 1. Manure shall not be defined as or be considered a\n\nhazardous substance or hazardous waste as those terms are defined by\n\nstate law.\n\n2. For purposes of this subsection, “manure” means any feces,\n\nurine, urea, or other excrement from livestock and shall also only\n\ninclude:\n\na. associated nonhazardous bedding, compost, raw\n\nmaterials, or other nonhazardous materials commingled\n\nwith the excrement,\n\nb. nonhazardous process water associated with the\n\nexcrement or materials, or\n\nc. nonhazardous byproducts, constituents, or substances\n\ncontained in or originating from the excrement,\n\nmaterials, or process water.\n\n3.
