The Agriculture Emergency Insect Control Special Fund is\n\nhereby created in the State Treasury for the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry. The fund consists of monies\n\ntransferred to it from funds appropriated to the Department for this\n\npurpose. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall be under the control and management of\n\nthe administrative authority of the Department. Expenditures from\n\nthe fund shall be pursuant to the laws of this state and rules\n\npromulgated by the State Board of Agriculture.\n\nB. The fund shall be for emergency controls that lack\n\nlegislative appropriation of emergency grasshopper and range\n\ncaterpillar control within the state or for the general operations\n\nof the Department, and may be used for matching purposes for those\n\nprograms in which the United States Department of Agriculture\n\nparticipates.\n\nC. All expenditures shall be approved by the Board.
