There is created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to be\n\ndesignated the “Agriculture Evidence and Law Enforcement Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of monies received from the sale of\n\nconfiscated property, the seizure and forfeiture of confiscated\n\nmonies, property, gifts, bequests, devises, or contributions, public\n\nor private, including federal and state funds unless otherwise\n\nprovided by federal law or regulation.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, for purposes\n\nincluding but not limited to investigation, enforcement, and\n\nprosecution of cases involving administrative, civil, or criminal\n\nviolations of the Agricultural Code.\n\nC. The balance on deposit in the Agriculture Evidence and Law\n\nEnforcement Fund shall never exceed the sum of One Hundred Thousand\n\nDollars ($100,000.00).
