The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nshall develop a plan to create an independent agricultural tourism\n\norganization. This organization shall be established as a tax\n\nexempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue\n\nCode. The plan shall include:\n\n1. All necessary provisions to form a partnership with the\n\nOklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation, the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Commerce, and the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry; and\n\n2. Provisions to create a board with the number of members to\n\nbe determined by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry and membership to include at least one member from the\n\nOklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation, one member from the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce, and one member from the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.\n\nB.
