For the purposes of the State Board of Agriculture, seasonal\n\nemployees employed by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food,\n\nand Forestry who work less than nine hundred ninety-nine (999) hours\n\nin a twelve-month period shall be considered temporary employees and\n\nshall be unclassified. The Department may employ seasonal employees\n\nthroughout the calendar year.\n\nB.
