The State Board of Career and Technology Education shall administer this\n\nprogram with present personnel and shall not hire any new employees to assist in\n\nadministering this act.\n\nB. The State Board of Career and Technology Education shall adopt rules\n\npertaining to this act which shall take into consideration the special knowledge\n\nthat farmers and ranchers already possess through practical experience and design\n\ncourses that will expedite the learning of a skill and the opportunity for self-\n\nemployment or job placement, and shall waive any tuition due from any approved\n\napplicant.\n\nC. There is hereby created the Advisory Committee on Agricultural Employment\n\nRetraining to be composed of the following six (6) members who shall serve without\n\nper diem expenses or travel reimbursement on an advisory basis to the State Board\n\nof Career and Technology Education regarding this act as follows:\n\n1. Two members shall be appointed by the Governor;\n\n2. Two members shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives; and\n\n3. Two members shall be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate.\n\nD. The Advisory Committee on Agricultural Employment Retraining will also\n\nrecommend individuals for this program who have a financial hardship and could\n\npossibly save their farm or ranch from bankruptcy or foreclosure by learning a new\n\nskill.
