Stat. tit. 2, § 2-2006","heading":"Quota system","body":"In the event that any institution is being seriously handicapped in its\n\nability to provide an education or training for all of its students as a result of\n\na disproportionate amount of tuition-waiver students under this act, then the\n\nadministrative officer of such institution shall certify as to the handicapped\n\ncondition to the State Board of Career and Technology Education who shall be\n\npermitted to establish a quota system for the institution. A schedule of\n\nguidelines and priorities shall be established for accepting students, as well as\n\nlimiting the number of tuition-waiver students who may enroll.
