For permits or other authorizations required pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Agricultural Code, applicants shall file applications in\n\nthe form and manner established by the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry. The Department shall review the\n\napplications as filed and subsequently amended or supplemented. Any\n\npermit issued or authorization granted may include conditions.\n\nB. Permits and other authorizations required pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Agriculture Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Act may\n\ncontain provisions requiring that operations shall be in compliance\n\nwith municipal and other local government ordinances, rules, and\n\nrequirements.
