Upon filing a Tier II or III application with the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the applicant shall\n\npublish notice of the filing as legal notice in one newspaper of\n\ngeneral circulation local to the proposed new site or existing\n\nfacility. The publication shall identify public locations where the\n\napplication may be reviewed, including a public location in the\n\ncounty where the proposed new site or existing facility is located.\n\nB. For Tier III applications, the publication shall also\n\ninclude notice of a thirty-day opportunity to request, or give the\n\ndate, time and place for, a process meeting on the permitting\n\nprocess. If the Department receives a timely request and determines\n\nthat a significant degree of public interest in the application\n\nexists pursuant to rules of the Department, it shall schedule and\n\nhold the meeting. The applicant shall be entitled to attend the\n\nmeeting and may make a brief presentation on the permit request.\n\nAny local community meeting regarding the proposed facility or\n\nactivity for which a permit is sought that is scheduled and held by\n\nthe applicant may be combined, with the agreement of the Department\n\nand the applicant, with the process meeting authorized by this\n\nparagraph.\n\nC.
