Pursuant to the rules of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry, the Department shall promptly\n\nschedule and hold a formal public meeting if the Department receives\n\ntimely written request for the meeting on the draft denial or draft\n\npermit.\n\nB. Notice of the meeting shall be given to the public at least\n\nthirty (30) calendar days prior to the meeting date.\n\nC. The public meeting shall be held at a location convenient to\n\nand near the proposed new site or existing facility not more than\n\none hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date notice of the\n\ndraft denial or draft permit was published.\n\nD. At the meeting, any person may submit oral or written\n\nstatements and data concerning the draft denial or permit.\n\nE. The public comment period shall automatically be extended to\n\nthe close of the public meeting. Upon good cause shown, the\n\npresiding officer may extend the comment period further to a date\n\ncertain by so stating at the meeting.\n\nF. The meeting shall not be a quasi-judicial proceeding.\n\nG.
