Stat. tit. 2, § 2-2A-29","heading":"General permits","body":"For common and routine permit applications, the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry may expedite the\n\npermitting process by issuing permits of general applicability,\n\nhereafter identified as general permits. General permits shall be\n\nsubject to all the Tier II administrative procedures including the\n\npublic participation requirements. The administrative process for\n\nrulemaking shall not be applicable to the issuance of general\n\npermits.
