Stat. tit. 2, § 2-2A-8","heading":"Rules for storm water discharges","body":"The State Board of Agriculture shall promulgate rules which\n\nprescribe permit requirements applicable to discharges composed\n\nentirely of storm water that shall at a minimum meet federal law.\n\nThe rules may require permits on a case-by-case basis, exempt\n\ncategories of discharges, or provide a schedule for obtaining the\n\npermit.
