The State Board of Agriculture or its authorized agents\n\nshall have the authority to enter any premises or mode of\n\ntransportation during reasonable hours for the purpose of\n\nimplementing the Oklahoma Apiary Act or rules promulgated pursuant\n\nthereto.\n\nB. The Board or its authorized agents shall have the authority\n\nto carry out all necessary and proper actions to determine\n\ncompliance with the Oklahoma Apiary Act including, but not limited\n\nto, conducting investigations, opening any bundle, package, or\n\ncontainer, examining and making photocopies of records or documents,\n\nexamining devices, collecting and submitting samples for analysis,\n\nissuing any order to destroy infected or infested bees or apiary\n\nequipment, and removing or destroying bees, hives or other articles\n\nas deemed necessary by the Board.\n\nC. The Board is authorized to promulgate rules necessary,\n\nexpedient, or appropriate for the performance, enforcement, or\n\ncarrying out of any of the purposes, objectives, or provisions of\n\nthe Oklahoma Apiary Act, including the establishment of fees. All\n\nfees shall be fair and equitable to all parties concerned. Any\n\nrules shall be promulgated pursuant to the Administrative Procedures\n\nAct.\n\nD. The Board shall have the authority to:\n\n1. Issue, renew, deny, modify, suspend, cancel, and revoke any\n\nregistration, permit, certificate, license, identification, or order\n\nissued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Apiary Act;\n\n2. Issue certificates of inspection;\n\n3. Issue entry permits to any person transporting bees or\n\napiary equipment into this state;\n\n4. Investigate complaints and violations of the Oklahoma Apiary\n\nAct and rules promulgated pursuant thereto;\n\n5. Issue quarantines, initiate control measures, confiscate,\n\nand destroy apiaries, bees, colonies, or hives that present a danger\n\nto the public safety or welfare; and\n\n6.
