Upon the discovery of any bee disease or pest, a premise\n\nshall be quarantined by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry.\n\nB. The State Board of Agriculture shall have the authority to\n\ndeclare any form of bee, plant, animal, or virus that is injurious\n\nto bees as a bee disease or pest.\n\nC. Any person receiving a quarantine order shall immediately\n\ninitiate any and all control measures specified in the quarantine.\n\nD. The quarantine shall remain in effect until officially\n\nremoved by the Department.\n\nE.
