A person shall not sell or offer for sale any apiary, apiary\n\nequipment, bee, or hive in this state unless free of bee diseases or\n\npests.\n\nB. Any apiary, apiary equipment, bee, or hive shipped or\n\ntransported interstate shall be accompanied with a certificate of\n\ninspection issued by the state of origin.\n\nC. Any person moving or transporting colonies into, within, or\n\nthrough the State of Oklahoma shall secure the colonies in a manner\n\nthat prevents the escape of bees.\n\nD.
