Any beekeeper who requests inspection of an apiary,\n\ncolony, hive, apiary equipment, or premise pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nApiary Act, is subject to an inspection fee as established by the\n\nState Board of Agriculture.\n\n2. During an inspection or upon request, the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry may take samples. The\n\nmanner of sampling, the cost of sampling, and the method of testing\n\nshall be established by the Board.\n\nB. Any inspections of an apiary performed at the request of a\n\nbeekeeper shall be limited to availability of time and personnel.\n\nC. 1. Standard precautions for the prevention of the\n\ntransmission of bee diseases or pests to humans, animals, and bees\n\nshall be followed by the Department when inspecting apiaries\n\npursuant to their official duties specified by the Oklahoma Apiary\n\nAct.\n\n2.
