Prior to entry into Oklahoma all migratory beekeepers and\n\npersons shipping or transporting bees into Oklahoma shall provide\n\nthe following to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry:\n\n1. Information required on an entry form prescribed by the\n\nDepartment;\n\n2. An entry inspection fee as established by the Department;\n\nand\n\n3. A copy of the certificate of inspection issued from the\n\nstate of origin.\n\nB. All persons shipping or transporting bees into Oklahoma for\n\nsale shall also provide the purchaser with a copy of the certificate\n\nof inspection issued from the state of origin.\n\nC. Except for persons in subsection B of this section, all\n\nother persons transporting bees into the state shall be required to\n\nretain a copy of the certificate of inspection for the duration that\n\nthe bees remain in Oklahoma and shall be able to present the\n\ncertificate of inspection upon request by the Department.\n\nD.
